hi,
im on a h4visa atpresent.say if i need to go on a jvisa,can i apply from within us?i amawarethat theprocessing times is nearly 5months.But incase if the j visa isrejected can i still be on h4 orwill they cancel my h4 too in which case oneshudgo bac k to the home country>
