can any one explain y?..aortic stenosis mur inc on expiration y?wat abt in inspiration?..lil confused...r sided murmurs inc on on inspiration right?

when you inspire ,blood from the lungs enters heart , so more murmur on right side on inspiration,more blood ,more murmur

Hi fcbacelna!

Venous return to the right ventricle increases during normal inspiration due to negative intrathoracic pre resulting in an increase in its volume.
In contrast, inspiration causes a decrease in venous return to the left ventricle and a reduction in its volume.
These changes in venous return can alter the intensity of murmurs and heart sounds, primarily those that originate from the right side of the heart.
