step 1 82,cs passed need advice urgent - drops

i m old graduate passed step1 last yr with 82 N PASSED STEP2 CS ,will take step 2 ck around frst week of sep ,so what will be my chances of getting residency in internal medicine or family medicine. do i have to wait for step2 ck results or will apply on two scores .
plz advice me in ryt directions. thnku.
