where are my transcripts? - awesome

i have sent my transcripts during cred verification time as well and again to ecfmg/eras
now do i need to request it to appear in my documents section or it should automatically appear?
somebody please tell me!

It should automatically appear. When did it reach ERAS. They are scanning ones received on Aug 9th. If yours was before that, then call them.
