There is a hearsay,
If you apply on Sept 1st with complete packages, you will have 10-15% chances more to get an IV. I do not know if this hearsay is reliable. Please verify.

and how is chances if apply when LORs still waiting for uploaded? Please! My transcripts and LORs were received by ERAS, but not scanned and uploaded. Could I apply or wait? Is it risky to apply?

last year , my friend submitted application on 3rd/4th Sept. she got more than 20 IVs and prematched. and no. she is not 99er and CS 2nd attempt. so...never know
