I have two LoR which were received by Aug11,12 by ECFMG and probably will not be scanned in sep1, the rest of my application in ready. Could you please guide me which one is better:
A-apply in sep1
B-wait until those two ones become scanned then apply
how much action A is dangerous, i mean in terms of my application become filtered early because being incomplete? when they start looking at them?
