Regarding LOR slot and LOR scanned - harish1981

I had requested 4 LOR slots and the LOR slot requests were downloaded by the Designated Dean's office. In ADTS under the head "Documents that are in the PostOffice" it shows all my 4 LOR slot request and that they were "downloaded by the Designated Dean's office". Does this mean that my LORs have been scanned or it means only LOR slots have been provided? Kindly help. How will I know that my LORs and transcript have been scanned?

if you see them in the "post office" they are scanned. otherwise not.

thanks for prompt reply pahology11 ... but my last 2 lors reached ECFMG only on Aug 16th. Do u think it would have been scanned by now as thr site shows that they are scanning only those which had reached on 10th Aug? My transcript which reached ECFMG on Aug 9th is still not there in the post office.

u are lookin at the wrong place.. Go to tarck applications and look at a list which looks like this

ECFMG status report
LOr1
LOR2
LOR3 yada yada

You are looking at submission of LOR request page!...

Go to TRACK applications... and click on DOCUMENTS.. u will see ur stuff

Lor 4 there below the ecfmg status report.. the Only thing at ERAS post office is the ECFMG status report
