One LOR pending UPLOAD by sep 8th . Should i wait till then or or apply tomorrow ?

There is no advantage in waiting. Apply tomorrow and your LOR will be available to the programs once it is uploaded.

How many LORs are ready to assign.
I am in similar situation. I have 2 LORs ready and 2 more to be uploaded. I read most of the programs require only 3. What should i do? I am confused now. Mine was received on 19 th and will sure take 2 weeks to be uploaded. anyone pls help...............

same situation... right now 2 lors r ready and one is pending for upload. It was received on 12th however. Right now they r scanning lors received on 11th. so do u think it will be there by tomorrow? If not, should I go ahead and apply anyway tomorrow? or apply on 2nd when my all 3 lors are uploaded? confused...

my question is: anyone know if we assign the LoR later, they will review your package without the letter? because the letter has not uploaded, we cannot choose it on sep 1 when we apply, right? Thanks
