THE agreement below the CAF states that info. provided is correct up to best of my knowledge.
So any false concealing may disqualify the applicant .. read the agreement and decide..

write the failed attempt date ...
select cs..
select failed and date.
dont conceal it is violation of the law . you may be subject to aamc investigation if try to concealSmile.
