patient contact.mention or not? - egyusmler

I did 6 months of clinical attachment at a university hospital. I was taking history and doing physical against the policy of the hospital set up for observers and visiting physicians like me. now i'm discussing with my attending whether to mention direct patient contact in the LOR and CAF,especially i'll be applying to the same hospital but in a different department.
what do u think guys?
