If anyone wants to know the IM programs I've researched that definitely do accept people with a CS attempt, let me know....(just say so and I'll post my list here).

2003 graduates 250, 258, 226, 2nd CS step. 4 months USCE(2 MO IN INT MED, 2 MONTH IN RAD), U.S. Ph.D. next year. Got 6 rejections, 3 from general surgery, 2 from IM( MSU and Guthrie), 1 from Peds.

haha...cool. I am applying to several specialties though (IM, FM, Psych and PM&R). Honestly, I'm still not satisfied with the number of programs I've applied to so I keep applying to a few more each day...mostly in IM.
