medical assistant/specialist courses-h1b visa - shiraz94

hello.can anybody tell me what exactly these courses r as i have heard that after we finish them we can get a job and we do get h1b visa with these .
no need to worry about visa
can apply for programs and attend interviews right there working as a clinical specialist/assistant
will these courses help in the cv?i have no idea if this is true

i am not sure, but it is getting ahrder and harder...i am lookin for a job after my IM=>almost all the positions say:"no j visa, no h visa..only gc holder" and the job is in the midst of the wood!!!! so i have no ideas abt those kind of less professional to be honest! it is getting harder and harder and we dont need to pay extra and spend more time for a dream on air! even they dont issue gc for RN and nurses these days....so try to search more before spending more time and money. my frnz change to dentistry and are doing cosmetic orthodentistry or else ! got gc and are workin in ther own dream clinic in DC,NY,TX!!! i wish someone had advised me while back! gl
