do they consider giving IV or rejection without looking LORS as mine are not uploaded yet.

q for whoever got IV or rejection are there lors uploded

If you do not meet initial criteria the program software automatically rejects you and sends rejection email either immediately or in bulk at specific dates. Humans will not even get to see your application.
