would you please tell me how someone can write a PS if he is applying to 2 different specialities like IM &PED

You can compose 2 PS. Copy and paste 1 first and save it, do the same w/other later (name them differently, the programs don't see the name). When you apply to the programs click the one that matches the specialty.
