Practise intensively like you do for CS.

First, make a list of 'standard' questions eg., Strengths/Weaknesses/AIms/Goals/Future Plans/WHy this particular program/specialty.

Next, make a list of 'potential' questions, i.e., based on your creds, your life and your personal statement. There could be a thousand, but try and write down stuff you're most likely to be asked about : your scores, Gaps in resume, about your work, research, visa issues, hobbies, family, etc,.

For your English proficiency issues, find someone with good language/verbal skills to practise with - a friend, a neighbor, co-worker, and ask them to correct you and be brutally honest and editor-like.

When you're alone at home, practise in front of the mirror, watch your facial expressions, tone of voice. Make sure your answers dont sound too eager/too disinterested.

Practise every day starting now, day in and day out....
Just my thoughts,
Good Luck.
