please if any one have informations regarding (age of graduation and usa clinical experience), ie if they have cutoff date of yrs of graduation and if the usae is manditory?

I'm not sure about their requirements, I was rejected today:   216/263/passed/245 all first attempt, 2007 grad, 2 observerships, 3 lors, pgy-1 in surgery in my country, green card, no research.
Applying to 103 GS cat, few prelim as backup.
