1)what is the DOC for prophylaxis in Lymes disease in children

treatment u give amoxi, i dont know about prohylaxis for lyme

There is prophylaxis for Lymes,a single dose of doxycycline 200mg in high risk pts i.e in areas with high incidence of the disease,tick was removed >48hrs after bite,pregnant women and engorged tick after a blood meal.
I couldnt post the complete q but i wanted to ask prophylaxis in children
