Case of hemophilia: PTT to be repeated every 20min, when normal PTT and FacVIII, patient has to be sent home for follow up in 2weeks. But once I got PTT repeated for 1 time, case finished with out giving chance to discharge. Is it ok ? Will it score negative in the real exam?
