Dear Docs,
I am an old IMG. Step 1 76, step 2 82, CS pass all first attempt. I am an one-year hands-on fellow at a big hospital in USA now. However, I failed my step 3 twice (69, 71). Do I need apply for residency this year? Is there any chance? I thing my only way is going to die.....

The fellow is the similar as regular fellow but non-accredited

Are you on a J-1 Visa?
if so I dont think you can back track and apply for a residency one you start a fellowship track.

I feel you are the one should have more connections to the program than most of us, because you are working with them. I am not familier with this non-accredited clinic fellowship, but I think it is time to get things done right......get a regular residency program and get a accredited one.
