yes - MD (equivalent)/PhD program at my university. They do exist outside the US!

Yes,Hanna123. In some countries in Asian, there's also the track called "PhD-MD.". They need to study PhD and finish the course that its pattern follow UK system, 3-4 years. Then, they turn back to rotate on the wards.
