Bleeding and Renal Failure - urapain2me

Can someone please explain the relationship between the two?
Is it related to deficiency of vWF? also, is the amount of the factor 8 antigen and coagulant increased in renal failure? I saw this on the internet but cant seem to understand why is this happening? please explain elaborately if you can.

in renalfailure there is platelet dysfunction but platelet number is normal so it leads to increases in bleeding time..

uremia causes qualitative platelet bleeding disorder!!!!!!!!!!!!

can it be due to electrloyte imbalance??
i mean calcium levels go down,, hence platelets also decreased!
