Who should we write the Thank you email to?. If the email contact of the directors is not available, shall we write on the address of the Program coordinator?.

should write to PC, thank her and ask her to provide PD's email id as u want to thank him too. Ideally it should go to PD. why his e mail id is not available?

If you email PC, she prints it out and puts it in your file. A PD might read and forget, but if it is in file- it will be revisited during RoL meeting.

Some programs specifically mention writing emails to PC and not PD.
