Don't whine, it is mentioned clearly on their website. observerships/externships/research do not satisfy their requirements. You should read the program criteria before applying rather than posting your bullcrap here.

Why are you so anal about your USCE ?? You obviously don't meet the requirements. At the end of the day, it is research regardless of being paid or not and regardless of the volume of the hands on experience. Get over it !!
