My friends got IVs last year in January though I dont know if it was January 11th!

Did you say Universities start on November 1st? Are you serious? All my IVs are university programs. I am confused now.

SOME Unis start sending IVs after Nov 1st, those that wait for MSPE release. Some community programs also start late eq., St Jo's Oakland, MI.
