well we really need to be a good communicator and to convince them this holds true for every program nothing specific for lubbock..............ever programs wants a good communicator
and my cv i guess speaks less for me because i was so fool at that time when i submitted application that i didnt write anything in the eras application about other medals and awards and that i have so many
and i did volunteer at so many places but i couldnt write because i though they count only volunteer work in usa so i missed that opportunity too..............
so they gave me opportunity and i ll speak more than my cv this time because i have chance to speak.

yes u r right buddy they are offering us invitation along with hotel stay and breakfast and lunch its because they may hire us if they like us.....
