i finished exam yesterday after 1 year study fulltime.
Exam is hard, format is like uw, composed of everything, and test on everything.
who said just study the concept?? questions is on everything? No matter how much you study? you won't beat this exam, because research come out.
and they put a lot of questions based on research.. balbaba...
when i went home, i search on google, it is all there.
Kaplan isn't enough, who said Kaplan is enough, UW isn't enough, FA isn't enough, Goljian itself just ok for pathology.
Majority questions i found on Robbin pathology book rather than gojlian book,
nbme 5: 220
nbme 7: 228
nbme 6: 230
Understand and memorized, not only understand. UW isn't enough itself, do more questions on the book like pathology robbin books questions with more than 1000 questions on the back.
They test everything guys!! A lot of graph might fool you.
Read Internal medicine, i saw at least 20 questions from here. Since step 1 has been changed more clinical, so, expect more clinical questions. Whoever has handison's internal medicine or Washington medicine review manual, read this concepts. They are from there...
around 40% from Kaplan+FA+patho+UW.. roughly 5 questions identical with UW, 2 questions NBME, and the rest of it from google.com , majority questions are identical from google.com. I checked it on the internet, Ohmygod, exactly identical from the article.
Same concepts but make you more intergrate, but you don't have clue what they are asking, that is why trying to know as much as you can. No time to think!!!
Whoever said, just think about the questions???? Either you know or you don't know. Questions is long, i don't know i pass or fail at this time.
NBME just test your knowledge, but study everything guys. They asked the question, i can't imagine.
