----Cost of not just the dollars, but of "TIME" that we've used to buy and read the book-Imed, which is really the most valuable asset in this world.
----Benefits are ,most of the time, fully apparent after we've incurred the cost, but we can have an idea before-hand by looking at the the chapter and the comprehensive review pdf. which will guide us in making our decisions.

I bought the book, and I am reading it. It is a great source for those are revising for the exam. It covers almost all the concepts from UW and also, those in Kaplan Q bank. The doctor who wrote the book is very smart and has very clear concepts. I love the flow charts he made, it is awesome. The way he made some tables are amazing. Imagine, in one table and in five minutes only, you will be able to read every thing UW and Kaplan Q bank asked about HIV. All the clinical scenario are very HY questions. I am saying that, because I am doing UW for the second time, after I did half of Kaplan Q Bank. It is not enough for first reading, but great as an adjuvant (a second source) in addition to MTB.

It is easy to read and not much though.
