Hi,
I attended an interview and the PD said he wants to take me and asked me to mail if I am interested.. And when I mailed him he replied saying ' will consider you. will call you early december' . . . Has he changed his mind? Do you think I might still stand a good chance of prematch?

Relax, There is a process for everything. Just because you mailed he cannot send you a letter immediately. Every hospital has a procedure. Looks like you are going to get a prematch. So relax and do your remaining IVs properly. Good Luck.
