Goljan says G2.
Raymon explains that it inhibits telomerase II soproduces strand breakage
but would be at the end of S phase, before repair begins right?
anybody has some idea?

yes,eTOPOside is G2 phase drug and inhibits TOPOismerase 2.

recall molecular biology ..... topoisomerase 2 /dna gyrase underwonds neg supercoils in g2 phase, so etoposide wrks by inhibitting this , hence on g2 phase

etoposide,teniposide are similar in structure andv in fuction .they bLOCK s-g2 phase of the cell cycle.mode of aCTOIN INHIBITION OF TOPOISOMEARSE 11.

Hi , to all of you,I tray to pass step 1-- 3 times ,was short like 5 Q. stady 5 long years - 12 --14 hours a day !!!!I am have IQ 145, so Big GrinO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!FASTER WAY --GO BACK TO SHCOOL!!! IT IS NO ANOTHER WAY.
