can anybody tell me how to get observership in hospital?please need advice....

look at programs and send emails. as many as you can. tell them you're very interested in applying for residency in their programs and would love to do an observership there for a few weeks/however long you want. it's a long process and most programs don't offer it for people who have already graduated (i.e. for "physicians"), but try your best and don't give up. connections always help, but it's still possible without it. good luck
