in CCs could I begin with emergency life saving things like endotracheal intubation or shocking the heart then I do the physical exam and complet the case ?
or I should follow the traditional way and get the physical examination first ?

your response depends on the severity of the case. if it is an emergency and life saving procedure, you have to do the intervention before the physical examination. infact if you delay treatment, because of phy examination, you may loose marks. hope this helps

hey adam on the same note, do you know how to give treatment for a stipulated period of time for example if you have to give an antibiotic for five days, how do you type in that? you have an option for the exact antibiotic , the route of administration and if you have to give it as a bolus or continuous treatment but what next? how do you stop antibiotic after 5 days?

You click on the medication and then click again cancel...you will see the time in days on the top !

I think to stop the antibiotic we just follow up and determine the time of next visit (say 5 days as in your case ) then we examine the patient and choose to stop the antibiotic .
Is this what you mean rosalia ?
I think this is the way it works .
