psychological interventions like group or Beh cognitive therapy
Psychiatric consult can be done too

i will order depression scale, bec most pt are depressed bec of this kind of disorder

i wouldnt do psych consult unless pt is severly depressed

its good to order depression scale first and then go to psych consult in office based cases

in Er i think after stabilising pts we should order psych consult
