what is cardiac electrolytes and action potential changes in cardiac ischemia?

dec--na, k and ca .
increased ---hco3. action -potential will be dec too. An action -potential will be terminated by binding to ryonidine ca channels and release ca, so this process is slow in ischaemia and infarction. let me know if i am wrong.

interstitial k inc. due to cardiac muscle damage

inside the ischemic cells, increased Na, Ca and decreased action potential......

bedidee,,,,,,,,,lipoma said all decrease

inside ischemic cells, due to low O2 and anerobic glycolysis, won't there be lactic acidosis hence increased H+ and decreased HCO3- ?

can u please tell the ans..with explain.... in ischemia, due to non functional Na-K pump, Na wil be increases and so will Ca....

and agree with usmedipro... lactic acidosis.....

nice,,usmedpro,,,,what about electrolytes and action potenttial,,,please

We have increase Na and that is why in a ischemic tissue we want to give Lidocaine who is blocking those channels....
