depends on where u want to work.
if usa-then take steps...if ind thn take mci.
no need to take mci if u r not going to work in ind ever.

i did it frm russia too.....if u r in US...start with kaplan boooks.....u can translate d degree in to english in USA...N SEND IT TO ECFMG......FRST START WITH KAPLAN BOOK S......EVERYTHNG LL COME IN THE WAY

not residency my dear, you have to clear step1, step2 ck and cs then you will get ECFMG certificate, now you are eligible for residency application and can apply to your prefered residency programs and wait for match or take prematch. write step 3 exam during your residency and take final board exam after finishing your residency..here you go working as a full physician..good luck.
