uncontious patient probably
Intubate the patient
EKG (will show ventricular fibrillation)
start chest compression...if no response
epinephrine
IV access
pulse ox
IV NSS
cardiac monitoring
BP monitoring

PE
order;
troponin
CK-MB
cbc,
bmp
PT/PTT
UA
foley cath

IV morphine
move the patient to ICU
NPO
blood type match
start treating external injuries if any-escaratomy
antibiotics- I am not sure which though...
