I was just surprised with levodopa ans, whoever has gone for this. For relieving tremors, anticholinergics are given,so a was no where.Thing is old patients can not tolerate well anticholinergics due to constipation, urinary retention(which can lead to fatal outcomes on chronic basis in elderly pts,and dry congested eyes(get into glaucoma much faster and often than young people, tachycardia in elderly can lead to frequent arrythmias etc etc....

Correct ans is C.Amantadine

Age60 Amantadine

2.Correct ans is D.

Amantadine is the DOC for fatigue in MS.
