I recommend usmlexchange. It has a very comprehensive qbank with well written questions. The best part is, there is no subscription necessary, you can use it along with your uw without worrying about deadline. They also have an iPhone/iPad app, very useful!

Just goto their website, click on the login button on the top right corner. Make sure you have disabled any pop-up blockers and have the latest version of Flash Player installed.

Don't use USMLE World it is waste of your money and time.
