Why in the world will you send ranking emails to people you interacted with during IVs like PDs and commitee members?
Do you mean to say Thank you letters?

Doesnt make any difference dude, chill. Your fate was sealed when your interview was done and the people who interviewed you submitted their feedback. The only things they consider is your creds, interview performance, LORs.

Programs do not take these things into consideration at all since they know that all applicants lie just like some programs. In fact you might be lowering your chances in some programs if they think you are desperate. I know one program like this that does not like being sucked up to by applicants since they want people who are confident.

It is difficult to know which programs are like this and which are not. You did your best and already sent thank you email. All you can do now is wait for match day. Your fate was sealed on the day of your interview itself.
