You are good, just score Above 90 in Step 2 & if possible in Step 3. Step 1 has importance but Clinical exam scores have more weightage (in my opinion).
I think the most important criteria is Experience in the field, that is the reason AMG's & UK trained IMG's or having done observership/externship gets an invitation for interview (in my opinion).
