when do programs submit their list? Urgent help!! - behopeful

Is it true that all programs must have finalized their lists? does it make sense in updating them now about anything new in CV? or email them about your continued interest?

they have to finalize their lists by feb 23rd

It seems that most programs are done with their rol as we see a lot of guys here receiving email about their rank.The last date is 23 feb.So u can go ahead and update ur application as u might increase your chance in pgms which have not yet finalised their rol
