ok i'll answer, it is in seminiferous tubules as spermaozoids consume large amount of fructose as their primary source for......... you know what

I believe this is called the polyol pathway. It takes place mainly in tissues that are insulin-independent where glucose can easily cross cell membranes.
These tissues would be the kidneys and nervous system.
