AD disorder,.Maldevelopment of the olfactory bulbs and GnRH producing cells. causes of secondary hypogonadism
Clinical :delayed puberty, Anosmia,color blindness
Lab findingBig Grinec.FSH,LH,testestron and sperm count

pathophysiology:
Defective migration of GnRH-secreting and Olfactory Neurons to their final adult positions.

*Decreased GnRH----->Decr LH and FSH
.decr Testosterone......Delayed puberty in MALE
.decr Estrogen............Delayed puberty in Female
.
*Olfactory neurons---->"Anosmia"
