Job Description
The Medical Advisor is responsible for advising, counseling, and servicing doctors who are preparing for the USMLE. The Medical Advisor will contribute to the growth of Kaplan's business through consultative sales with current and prospective students.

Business Strategy:
Provide Excellent Service to USMLE Students
• Provide excellent and enthusiastic service to students in the center and over the phone
• Advise students on Kaplan's courses and services, as well as testing and the path to residency
• Use a consultative sales approach with prospective students
• Conduct service calls and meetings to current students
• Manage center inventory and materials ordering
• Assemble class start and marketing materials
• Process student enrollment transactions
• Coordinate facility maintenance and manage in-center technology
• Ensure center compliance with national policies and procedures
• Resolve student service issues while keeping best interests of KTPA at forefront

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Expertise in USMLE test and path to residency for IMGs and US Med students
• Must be in process of or have completed the USMLE exam.
• Excellent time management, project management and organizational skills
• High energy level, confident, and optimistic demeanor with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Team player with a diligent work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Results focused with a passion for customer service and business results

Measurements (including, but not limited to)
• 1+ years experience in operations, customer service, or administration
• Experience in navigating the path to residency preferred
• Ability to work extended hours, as communicated by manager, in order to meet business objectives
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
