hi plz if any one can tell me the difference btw restrictive cardiomyopathy and restrictive cardiomyopathy? the similarities r kusmaul sign, impaired filing of heart , SOB, low voltage on ekg, almost same presentation , cardiac cath showed xy decent , and treatment is the same use diuretics to over come preload except that in constrictive pericardial stripping is the main stay.also i know we can differentiate them on the basis of testing like CXR and CT and MRI which will show pericardial thickening .plz let me know

Restrictive cardiomyoparthy = infiltrative disorder of the myocardium
