Appropriate LORs? - usmleee

Please help:
want to apply to IM also but have 2 LORs from dermatology and one from pharmacology.No chance to get one from IM quickly.Shall I still apply and post those I have????

You should always try to apply as soon as possible. If you cannot get any IM letter I guess you don't have an option, don't you? And dermatology can be considered as an IM field, so if they're good letters they may not be harmful to your application.

where r u frm?
have u done house job in dermat and currently doing residency in pharma?

neways, u can use watever lors u have. Its not a very big deal. Lors shud be frm people u ve worked with and who know u well.
