hi, i am an old IMG living here in usa , tired of multiple failure in usmle , i need advice what should i do other than residency to support my family, is there any other options to get into job without any kind of exam or any other carrier oppurtunities, please give some kind of suggestion. thanks

Try to find a research position. They may pay you if you have a green card or citizenship. Maybe sponsor a visa for you. It's worth trying though
