hi i m an img ... doing a one month observership in the US. i m applying for the 2012 match...can anyone tell me what is the best time to write step 3 for me? i m having my cs next month and after that i ve to go back to india. i need another visa for step 3 and interviews.... is there any benefit in writing step 3 before applying for interviews? pls reply....
