62 y/o African/American with sign and symptoms of myocardial Infarct and BP 90/60 mmgh ;HR 42 /min;ECG shows ST elevetion in the inferior leads is brought to ER.After initial treatment BP is 120/70mmHg ,HR 76/min....she complains of severe right sided eye pain ,which of the following is the most likely eye problem?
1. Retinal a. thrombosis
2.Acute conjuctivitis
3.Cataract
4.Retinal vein thrombosis

correct....the patient suffers from Glaucoma
Atropine is DOC for improvement of low BP and HR....its side effect is muscarinic receptors blockade so it causes midriasis...>narrowing the ant. chamber and dec. aqueous humer outflow......>precipitate glaucoma(inc. intraocular pressure......>severe pain in affected eye)
