9 should be F..normal physiological..
11..C...gain of function
27..reassortment of hemaglutining

30 B..I think Indinavir too.not sure

usmle_guy - yeah. let's just stick to our study plan. There is no time to panic. Not now ^^ You will do great. Your NBME scores are quite solid if you ask me. I'm predicting a +10 of your NBME score on the real exam ^^

Hey #39 is wrong. I also put C and it came out as wrong. Ill post the question on here:

In a patient with chronic peripheral neuropathy, enzyme histochemical staining of a muscle biopsy shows fiber grouping. Which of the following is most likely cause of this finding?

Also can somebody please explain #10 for me? Its the one with the 2 abdominal x-rays and according to the orginal poster its C. I have no clue what that is. Thank you!
