nicotine acts on all preganglionic N receptors, releasing ACh as neurotransmitter. All PANS and SANS preganglionic receptors are all N receptors. Motor nerve controlled skeletal muscles have N receptors too.

I don't think so. It is preganlionic alpha 2 agnonist, if activated, inhibit feedback, hence decrease NE, and BP.

It doesn't act on N receptors, but alpha 2 receptors.

Nicotine will act on preganlionic N receptors, but not on M receptors. Its action on M receptors is through activiating preganglionic N receptors.
